Oyster Mushrooms are commonly used in Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisines as a stir-fry and in soups. They have mild taste with anise like odour. Low on calories, they are also a rich source of Vitamin B1, B2, C and several minerals such as Zinc, Iron, Potassium and Calcium.
